This puppet tree is awesome. The daycare children love it. They can get the puppets by themselves and put them back. It was super easy to put together

Sturdy and easy to use
I spent a lot of time researching puppet trees. I even considered some metal mitten trees sold by other stores. I chose this one for its versatile height (floor or table) and for the knobs on the arms which should prevent snags or other damage to puppets. The knobs make this tree safe enough to use on the floor with young children. It was easy to assemble with glue, though I would have loved a screw-in design so that it could be disassembled for storage. The base does come on and off easily with the included hex wrench. I found this stand worked well for all hand puppets, with the exception of glove-style ones. It is not only sturdy, but fairly tip-proof, and is really attractive. The spacing of the arms is just right. This is a wonderful value and I have already recommended it to my colleagues.

The puppet tree is a great way to keep my daughter's stuffed animals off of the floor!

Dowels can come out of the tree
This is a cute puppet tree, but the dowels pull out easily when children reach for puppets. This has led to children using the dowels as wands, swords, etc. in the playrooms. If you glue the dowels in, perhaps, this would be less of an issue.
