I bought this on sale and the colors slightly vary from the photos which is not a big deal to me. I love it and I know my students will too!

Beautiful colors and large spaces for students. I was disappointed in how thin the carpet is and low quality. Very low thin pile of carpet fibers feels very plastic.

Calming carpeting works and the kids are not arguing about where to sit. Only thing to say is that I paid for shipping and UPS tried to deliver to school at 8:00 p.m. so we had to wait until next afternoon for delivery, thus had a period of 'worry' about carpet being sent back. Lakeshore on-line customer service is terrific!

This rug was filthy within the first month I purchased it. Do not buy if you are going to let children walk on it. I tried cleaning it twice, and ended up throwing it away after a year. Buy the rug with the bright colors, not this one.

I bought this rug for a classroom in October and threw it away today. If you don't spot clean right away, it's permanently stained. With a kindergarten room of 22 and no teacher's assistant, that's not going to happen.

At my elementary school, many classrooms use the carpet with the bold colors but have difficulty keeping the orange area clean (as reported in some reviews). I purchased the Calming Colors Carpet in hopes that it will remain clean longer in my kindergarten classroom. By my third day of school, the yellow squares are very dirty and the light blue squares have noticeable spots where it is dirty. Even with daily vacuuming it is very difficult to keep clean. I am looking into purchasing a rug cleaner. The colors of the rug are beautiful but unfortunately too difficult to keep clean.
