We purchased the smallest size of this Calming Colors Carpet. It is very beautiful. It adds color the classroom without adding sensory overload. The squares are big enough for a child to keep to his own space. The quality is excellent. The children are happy and the teachers are very pleased. This is one of several carpets purchased from Lakeshore and we love them all!

The kids enjoy sitting in this rug. They each have there ownd square and its BIG and soft.

i bought 2 of these. They are impossible to clean and faded very quickly.

The colors are perfect. Nothing comes out of the rug, though. One student spilled blue gatorade (which is forbidden anyway) on the yellow squares early in the year and that was that. My carpet cleaning machine didn't touch it and more dark spots appeared throughout the year, mostly just from the kids' shoes.

Love the colors of this rug. I read the previous reviews regarding the diffiuclties keeping it clean, so I used scotchguard after it arrived. it has held up for two years nwo, but the yellow is very prone to staining. we have it shampooed every summer and most of the stuff comes out. I am in kindergarten, and keep food and drink far away from the rug. I would say if you are not in a toddler setting, get it and just br careful. Definitely treat it right away to prevent staining.

I bought this on sale and the colors slightly vary from the photos which is not a big deal to me. I love it and I know my students will too!

We are really enjoying the colors of this carpet and the way it fits into our Story Time room. The light colors brighten the room and create a welcoming environment.

Beautiful colors and large spaces for students. I was disappointed in how thin the carpet is and low quality. Very low thin pile of carpet fibers feels very plastic.

Calming carpeting works and the kids are not arguing about where to sit. Only thing to say is that I paid for shipping and UPS tried to deliver to school at 8:00 p.m. so we had to wait until next afternoon for delivery, thus had a period of 'worry' about carpet being sent back. Lakeshore on-line customer service is terrific!

This rug was filthy within the first month I purchased it. Do not buy if you are going to let children walk on it. I tried cleaning it twice, and ended up throwing it away after a year. Buy the rug with the bright colors, not this one.

The 2nd grade teacher that is using this carpet says it's wonderful and helpful in classroom management.
