Got this for my 7 year old. I thought it would be higher, I bought the 16'' which is the tallest one, but it does seem good for her current height, although I wish it was adjustable to make it taller so I could get more use out of it. Sturdy, well made, she is using it all the time now.

Purchased 2 of these for my 3rd grade classroom and they are perfect! They have a good grip on the bottom and don't allow students to slip/fall. There's also a nice indentation for students to put their hands into on either side. Easy for students to pick up and move around the room with. Wonderful flex seating option for the classroom!

Our 4th graders (and their teachers) love these seats. We have bought 10+ and can honestly say these are used daily in each of the classrooms. What makes it even better for me is that there is a lifetime warranty. Lakeshore learning has stood behind their products from our experience!

I bought this chair in hopes it would help one of my students focus more. It worked and I am satisfied that it did help! Students love wobbling on it as opposed to a normal chair where they using tip back the chair and would sometimes fall backwards.

This chair is perfect for sensory needs. Perfect for adults as well. Have the 16'' for an average 7 yr old. So far, this wobble chair has been operating on carpet. Like the little cushion and groves under the seat for carrying. Would've given 5 stars if it was adjustable to the sizes. I do not like the idea of buying different sizes, because these are not cheap, and you have to pay for shipping when ordering on line, and you do not get the perks for VIP on this item because it's restricted. Otherwise, awesome alternative to chairs.

I put these in our School Age science center for added sensory. The children love it! Durable, esthetically pleasing, and easy to clean.
