Works as Expected

The blue online is very accurate to the actual product. Since our bulletins have a border, we had to trim and the paper was very easy to cut. I left a star off because it is hard to prevent such a large surface area from wrinkling and flathead tacks rip the paper when pinned in the corners. Regular push pins and staples work a lot better.
