Just okay
I wish this set included the nickel and penny that are mostly in circulation. I cant even find any actual pennies with the new union shield or nickels with the full face of Thomas Jefferson, so its difficult to explain the two to kindergartners. I do like the size. The children can see them clearly from a distance.

ok
I like the size of the coins but the color is very faded and light. I was hoping for more vibrant color to see the coins from a distance.

Perfect for teaching coin identification
These large coins are perfect for helping students learn to identify, describe, and count coins. Their large size makes them great for whole group lessons because everyone can see the coins. I also put magnetic tape on the back of the coins so that I could stick them to the board for use during morning message and math lessons. There are lots of great uses for these coins!

More than bulletin board coins
I laminated these, stuck some magnetic tape on the back, and use them ALL the time. I use them on the whiteboard when solving problems with students as a whole class, and bring them to the rug to do circle time problems together.

These are realistic. I have kids hold them while we solve problems and I also have a set with our money poems.
