I draw a fish-hook on several fish. Label the other fish with one word per fish. Put the fish in a bucket. Students take turns picking a fish and reading a word. They continue to pick and collect fish. If a child picks a fish-hook, they lose the fish they collected. Kids love this game.

I bought these to label the student's lockers. I have 25 kids in my class so I figured this would be enough to do a rainbow pattern. However, they don't give you an even amount of fish in every color. I had to buy another pack to get more yellows and purples.
