We ordered the My First Shaving Kit for our 5-year-old grandson who saw a it in a catalog I had open on the table. He got very excited and said that it was just what he'd been looking for. He was very excited when he opened it for Christmas!

My 4 year old was estatic this morning when he found it in his stocking (in the month of December, my culture has a tradition where a child finds something in the stocking every morning until Christmas). It is a well made set. Sturdy and he likes that the tools actually move, creating a real life feeling to them.

A nice little kit for pretend play. The only downside is the clipper guard is hard to put on and they can be easily misplaced. Same goes for the lids on the lotions--tend to get misplaced. I would make the lotions one piece, as well as the clipper and guard. Overall though, a good little kit.

It's great quality and the kids love the vibrating and whirling pieces. My grandson loves to imitate his dad and give haircuts and shaves to everyone. Everything fits nicely into the case, making clean up easy.

My son loves his shaving kit! He gives pretend haircuts to his brothers and parents. He loves having his hair cut, so now he can do it too.

My nephew absolutely loves playing pretend with this, mimicking his dad's shaving. It's perfect!

Just got My First Shaving Kit for my kids after my 5-year-old son begged me repeatedly. All three of my kids haven’t stopped playing with it all week! They love pretending to give haircuts to each other, and it is so cute to see them all playing together. Planning to get My First Styling Kit for my daughter’s birthday as well so they will have both. A great toy!!
