This fort builder has provided so much fun on cold or rainy days when we need an indoor activity. We actually ended up buying a second set to make bigger forts, and it's been great. The directions are a little confusing at first (the way the poles have to fit into the red pieces), but once you do it correctly once, it's like riding a bike. My five year old loves to help, but definitely cannot put it together on his own. But he loves to play in it, watch movies, draw, play monster, etc. Great purchase!!

It's probably 2 years now that our kids ages (now) 9, 7 and 5 play with is igloo. Awesome toy to be creative, come up with a plan together, try different design, etc. Highly recommend!

My daughters ages 6 and 9 enjoyed this for Christmas. In the past year, they have built numerous forts to sleep in. We did buy two kits so they could be larger. This is durable and hours of fun!

I sent 2 sets of the Ultimate Fort Builder to my grandsons for Chanukah. Dad had to help them build the forts. I'm not sure who was having the most fun! It's permanent home seems to be in the basement rec room where it's mostly long covered with blankets. The boys will make an obstacle course and include crawling through. They occasionally take them all apart and make new configurations. They do it on their own now.

This was the best toy I ever bought for the grandsons to play with at my house! They absolutely loved it.

We have had this set for several years. It has held up fairly well with fairly rough play on the items. My kids have used this to make many different types of forts. I would say kids below age 6 need some adult help because it can be tricky lining up the holes. Overall great toy!

My mom bought this for my son's 3rd or 4th birthday and we've enjoyed it for building many forts indoors and outdoors. Great for the whole family to enjoy together as well as for slightly older kids to build on their own.

Shortly after purchasing this for my grandson, many of the pole tips began breaking or showing stress signs and no longer stayed in place. This was extremely frustrating and we couldn’t build much of anything. I had to teach my grandson not to put the slightest pressure on the poles or they would break. Something made for young children needs to be more durable, especially for the price.
