Oh, honey this was a big hit!!!! My baby absolutely is fascinated with the plantes and can tell you all about the Solar System, so I had to purchase the science viewer for him as a gift. He LOVEs it to pieces!!!!!

This solar system viewer is not only intriguing and teaching my grandson lots of interesting facts but it is every bit fun. He is so awed by what the viewer shows him and has asked tons of questions as a result of viewing. This is a tremendous learning and teaching tool that every child will enjoy.

This is a great product. I'll buy more in the future. The viewer is high quality and the 4 reels of space photos are great. I wish the star one had more real pictures because stars are gorgeous. I feel like that one was phoned in a bit, but I'll still buy more.

I ordered these with a grant. The students loved them, but the discs are already getting worn out. Some aren't working because of frayed edges. I would love to be able to replace the discs, but cannot afford to buy entire kits. If you are using these in a classroom with K or 1, I would not recommend buying. The students absolutely loved them, but they are not going to last. If replacement discs are ever available, then they would be worth the investment. The pictures were great.

These viewers are fantastic. However, the sets of discs need to be available separately. In a classroom setting, the discs quickly get worn out. It would be great to be able to buy replacement disks. My school has 10 classrooms and limited funds. There are four viewers in my classroom alone. Having to purchase a new viewer every time we need replacement disks is cost prohibitive for our school.

LOVE Lakeshore. Having said thatit would be so helpful if you didn't have to buy a separate viewfinder for each set of discs. Seems a wasteyou get about fourbut if you’d like a variety so the child has more optionswouldn’t it be nice to offer additional sets of discs without purchasing an entirely new viewfinder? I now have five of themjust so my grandchild has more than four discs to enjoy. Butlove your products.

Great learning tool for my 4 year old and 1 year old grandsons. I strongly recommend the tablet, as a physics and astronomy teacher, for children.
