Purchased to help my 4 year old with some really big feelings. The book is cute, and it seems to help them identify and express themselves a bit more clearly. Would definitely recommend. It’s a bedtime favorite.

Favorite Books to teach children about emotions!

By far, one of my favorite books to teach children about emotions! It is such a cute book! The kiddos at our site love this book and best of all, you can pair it with a sensory monster foam sticker activity that you can find af lakeshore. Highly recommend for children of all ages. Love this book!
