Fine Motor Skills

I ordered this ice cream set to help with fine motor skills and counting in my kindergarten class. The numbers on the set are also beneficial for number recognition. I encourage students to count as they scoop the ice cream onto the dish. My class loves this activity!

Very Engaging

These are great for fine motor practice, counting, and could even be used for adding. My class loves them and the scoopers are fun nice because they are different from tweezers.

Scoop Sensation

This item was very sought after with my special education kindergarten students. However, the one downfall was the size of the little foam ice cream balls. If the scoop and ice cream were a little larger, it would make it easier for smaller hands.

Scooping Up Some Fun!

This activity is wonderful for manual muscle development, as well as coordination skills. A youngster's dexterity can be strengthened by grasping the scooping tool and placing the 'ice cream' in the numbered locations. Counting competency, color identification, and fine motor building are all improved when time is spent with this during enjoyable playtime!

Perfect for fine motor

Squeeze, Scoop Count Ice Cream Shop is great for preschool fine motor development. Love this cute fine motor skills activity!

I love the cute Squeeze, Scoop, and Count Ice Cream Shop! It was great practice for my severely autistic son's fine motor skills. He enjoyed scooping, counting, and putting the ice cream scoops in the counting trays. I would definitely recommend this cute activity. I'm glad that I bought it.
