My son, who is 4 years old, and husband enjoyed the time bonding while building these three projects. My son was able to practice following directions, gluing the wood, and hammering the nails while supervised. Product is great quality! I only wish there were more than two option available on the site. Can’t seem to find anything else to match this kits quality.

This is a great kit if you have a child in your life that loves to build. Allows them to create their own things without all the chaos (otherwise we often have random pieces of wood astrew that are being built into a mystery item :-) ) Defintely recommend.

Got this for my 9 year old son for his birthday. He LOVED it. Really straight forward instructions, easy enough to use, but challenging enough that it’s on his level. He was so proud of what he made.

This set is great. Shows some good basic woodworking skills. My 8 year old loved it and was happy to finally be able to use a hammer. We homeschool so this was a perfect.

My grandson was able to assemble these project almost entirely by himself!! He gained a lot of confidence and is ready to continue!!

The idea is wonderful but the children were not able to hammer the nails in without a lot of help. It was even so difficult for me that I just gave up on the nails. The wood glue holds it together pretty well. My son loved each item produced which are all sturdy.

This was given to my then 4 year old son, who built it together with his dad. It took a lot of direction from an adult, but it was a good bonding activity. The kit is good quality, the pieces are solid, nothing was missing. My son had a fun time painting the shelf after it was constructed. It now holds our tonie figuring collection.

My five year old twin boys each received one of these sets for Christmas. They have enjoyed working on each project. They definitely need help from mom or dad at this age, but the projects have been a lot of fun!
