Got this for our 6 yr old grandson for Christmas. It "walks" best without many pieces on it, but still lots of fun.
Yes, I would recommend this product.

Fun to build! Make sure legs are snapped in!

I got this for my 6 year old son for Christmas. He had a great time building a creature, but when he went to use the remote to control it, was very disappointed. The body flattened out and the creature high-centered and couldn't move. Upon closer inspection, he discovered that the leg pieces must be snapped in tightly in a downward position to prevent this from happening. Once the legs were secure, he had fun using the remote to control his creature. A great toy that we will build again and again!
Yes, I would recommend this product.

My 5 year old really likes this! He wanted something remote controlled and he likes building creatures, so this was great! I gave 4 stars only because the pieces are a little hard for him to snap together, but he'll get better at it as he gets older. Thanks, Lakeshore, for a great item!
