We use these in our preschool and our TK/Kindergarten classrooms, and it is always a big hit, students love to mix and match to make fun new monsters or making them all match with their correct color. We often pair these with magnet tiles and make houses to match the monsters. Great for matching and imaginative play.

Took my grandson to the Lakeshore Store and he played with these on display for over 30 minutes! I bought them and 5 months later he still LOVES THEM in his toy rotation. Bought them right after he turned 2. These are sturdy and safe. I recommend this 100%!

My 8, 5 and 3 year old enjoy playing with these. My 5 year old is big into pretend play and will create combinations and play with them for quite a while. My 8 year old is more detail oriented and likes to make the creatures exactly how they should be. We also purchased the safari and farm animal versions and my boys love combining them all together. I would recommend these toys.

We gave these to our toddler for his birthday, and both he (2y/o) and his sister (4.5 y/o) are enjoying playing with these! I do wish the magnets were just a little bit stronger - they seems a bit weak so it's harder for the kids to play with these the same way they play with dolls. Switching the components between bodies seems to be entertaining for them, though!
