We operate a 501(c)3 non profit pet bird rescue. This easel paper is PERFECT for many of the cages that we have here at our rescue. With over 280 successful adoptions completed this year, and 30 birds currently in our care, we definitely go through a LOT of cage paper changes (twice daily).

Newsprint paer is very thin (like newspaper) but very versatile. Its large size makes it great for easle painting.

We added the newsprint sheets to our art easels and the paper is very easy to transport and dry, and it holds the paint really well.

We use this paper for the art center for many mediums. We also use it to create word lists every week.

Paper is exactly as expected. It is very thin, as stated, but a great product.

I called Lakeshore before I ordered the guy on the phone said it’s good for easel paper to paint on . It’s so thin and it rips and goes right through the paper(paint). They don’t sell white easel paint paper anymore. It’s on a roll. Very disappointed.

I am an installation artist, and I work in large format. Taping these together gives me a nice large format to paint on. The price is the best I can find for the quantity. Along with quantity, the newsprint is also a nice quality to work with. It's smooth, but not too smooth, where the texture holds tempera paints well.
