Perfect for preschool crafts

February 19, 2016 - By Sharlafrom East Texas

My preschool aged son loves making crafts, especially with glue and glitter. I avoided glitter as much as possible because I dreaded the mess! Now it's not a problem because this product is genius - and quick-drying! It's easy for him to use and creates enough sparkle to make him happy. It's a very nice variety of colors and shaped confetti.

Yes, I would recommend this product.

No Good!

December 16, 2015 - By ChildrensMinistryDirfrom Los Angeles, CA

I bought these for the kids to use on their Christmas wreaths, hoping they would be good substitute for paint, glue and glitter. Unfortunately, the glue was extremely wet and did not dry in time for the kids to take them home...more than an hour after they used them. So I will not be using these again...and I plan on returning the ones I haven't opened.

Better for kids over 3 1/2

February 19, 2012 - By LParkerfrom Cedar Park, TX

My 3 1/2-year-old was sitting beside me, helping, as I tried to get these tubes ready for him to use. To remove the plug inside, you twist the cap to the right (which is the opposite of what you would normally do to remove a cover). Maybe this is to prevent kids from removing the cover themselves, but my 3-year-old tried it both ways and was able to remove the cover. He didn't want to wait for me to get the plug out, so he found his own way. He squeezed the tube as hard as he could and shot the plug across the room like a champagne cork. (Very innovative, and very messy.) Even after removing the plugs, using this product was very messy, because my son liked to squeeze "pancakes" out of the tubes. He understood rolling but that was less fun. So, I suggest removing the plugs before giving them to a child. And demonstrating rolling and gently squeezing. (Just rolling doesn't get enough out.) And I suggest using these with an older child. But I still give them 4 stars for the fun factor. My son loved decorating with the confetti!

Yes, I would recommend this product.
