My kids enjoy using this, but not real often. It's a fun, unique activity.

My son loves to make designs. He always uses color pencils to make so many colorful pictures.

Difficult to use for some reason-I would skip this.

Perfect gift for the art enthusiast. I bought 2 for each of my 1st grade granddaughters. They are very crafty and love to draw.

I bought this is a birthday gift, so I have not used it myself, but it looks awesome! We own a much more basic version, but I would love to upgrade my kids to this one in the future!

I ordered a spirograph off another on line seller and was disappointed that it didn't have the frame to hold the paper snug. It was difficult to use so I started searching for a Spirograph that was more like the one I had as a child. I ordered one from Lakeshore Learning and my grand daughter LOVES it! It holds the paper in without little glue pieces and it has a larger drawing space than the other one I ordered. To say the least my 5 year old grand daughter plays with it all the time! She even called me to say - Good Job Grammy! It arrived quickly and in good condition.

The only redeeming factor of this kit is that it is all self contained. I bought this for my grandchildren who fall into the recommended age range for the toy. It is very difficult for them to use without much adult assistance. The parts don’t move well. I would not recommend this toy.

My preschool class loves this. I only get out a few of the pieces at a time. I like that it is something new that they have not already seen before. They love making designs. And it is good for fine motor, too.

my daughter has been making endless cards and creations for friends and family with this. im grateful that if you run out of the square paper its 8.5x8.5 square so you can just cut your own with copy paper easily.

I remember having something similar when I was a kid and always loved it. This is now my go-to present for kids’ birthdays. Always a hit!

My son was so excited to try this. The built in desktop that helps hold the spiral drawing pieces is a great idea, and after struggling with another brand that was hard to hold and draw at the same time, we were eager to try this one. It is great when using the small spiral drawing piece within in the built-in desktop. However, when you try to place the larger (orange and blue) circle pieces meant to fit in the desktop, it was so frustrating my kids were brought to tears. They don't fit well- the large circles are nearly impossible to fit into the circular desktop space, and it would take dozens and dozens of tries and in some cases we simply couldn't get them in at all and the kids wlaked away frustrated. One time we got lucky and somehow, after flipping it over and rotating it countless times, managed to get lucky in just the right spot and it slid in. It seems that those larger circle pieces are either uneven, maybe not quite circular, or not quite flat, or something, so they don't quite fit into the top right, or maybe the circular desktop space is not quite circular. In any case, the kid friendliness is really diminished by this REALLY FRUSTRATING issue. I don't understand how this wasn't observed and resolved by the makers before this was marketed.
