I gifted this to my daughter (7) and she loved it! Once it was completed, she hung it in her bedroom. It really did turn out great! It helped with her confidence.

I think this for children 9 and up if an adult is not sitting there to direct. I gave it to my 7 year old, because the concept seemed simple enough, but it was not self explanatory to her to follow the colors with paint. It was a huge lump of paint with a vaguely sloth-like blot in the middle. It made her happy anyway, but was not quite what I was intending otherwise I would have purchased blank canvas and paint.
