We have purchased many Lakeshore products over the years and have always been pleased, but this one was a disappointment. The mannequin is made of cheap, lightweight plastic and tips over easily. The smooth surface causes fabric to slide off constantly; a velvet or textured material would work much better. It’s difficult to create designs, and my five-year-old needs help using the pins in the back. I also hoped designs could be transferred to a doll, but this is really only suitable for making very basic outfits directly on the mannequin. I bought it on sale using rewards, but at full price I would return it.

My 6 and 8 year old fashionistas both loved this. It was a favorite right out of the box. I got them each one, because, you know.

This game is so simple yet so fun! Both my girl (8) and I enjoy playing and imagining new clothes ideas. No technical expertise needed! Right now we are just taking pics of our favorite ideas - but I wish there was a full doll we could transfer the designs to.
