My 4 year old loves this Learn to Draw board. She is very interested in learning to write and this helps her developing fine motor skills, and it's fun! A little less pressure than forming letters. She is so proud of her sketches! This is a calming activity for the times when we need 'something to do' for 10 - 30 minutes (like before dinner).

Very sturdy toy. The handle is great for carrying around the classroom. The cards are perfect for using with or without the Magic Board; my students like using the cards with dry erase white boards, LCD drawing screens, and regular paper. In fact I prefer to set out this toy with several different things to draw on other than just the 2 Magic Boards I purchased.

While my grandson really does enjoy this item, he is left handed - which requires him to use it upside down. Based on the price of this item, it should be designed better to accommodate children who are either right OR left handed.

THE CARRYING CASE WAS VERY WELL MADE AND THE CARDS AND THE STORAGE AREA WAS FANTASTIC. The fault is in the drawing screen. It is cheaply made and the detail lines run on the faces. Was very disappointed. Would not recommend because of this flaw.

I gave this to my 4-1/2 year old granddaughter. She is able to follow each step and is very excited to see the final drawing results! She was very proud of her drawings!

This drawing board is great for young kids as well as older children on the spectrum. My 8 year old loves art but can find drawing challenging. The steps on the cards break it down so easily (the different color showing each step is genius!), and my daughter is so proud of her drawings. I also love the versatility of using the cards either with the drawing board or on their own. When both my kids want to use the drawing board, I just have one use the cards with pencil and paper.

My granddaughters are loving this! And at ages 4 and 5, their drawings are quite good with this!!
