I was very excited about these books-I thought they would be perfect for my first graders who LOVE to write stories. They arrived in the bright colors shown, but they were definitely smaller than I had anticipated. The kids loved them anyways! I would say these would work well for older ages, but maybe not so much for kindergartners or younger. There are no lines inside for writing.
