These were good quality for the money. They definitely met our needs. There were a handful that were missing some of the fuzz but the amount that were missing some was minimal compared to the quantity and the cost.

Great value for pipe cleaners

I purchased these for my girl scout troop, and they worked well for projects. The only thing is the ends would fray and then the metal part would stick out and poke the girls' fingers. BUT overall, great value for the price.
