These make sight words even more fun! So many different activities can come from these - highly recommend!
love
My kindergartners love using this product. It is a fun hands-on way to get kids excited about practicing sight words. I use a picker wheel to accompany these

Versatile
These Sight Word Steps are great! I have a 4 and a 6 year old, the sight words that are supplied are perfect for my 6 year old, but I was able to write the alphabet on some post its and slip them in the clear pocket to use these steps with my 4 year old to build confidence before introducing her to some of the easier two and three letter sight words included. We use these to play games, but I've also used them as spot markers in the house for kids to 'play' while getting ready to leave. I'll put one kid shoe on one spot, another shoe on another, the hairbrush on another. Kids have to hop from one spot and complete each task before we head out the door.
great learning tool
My 4yo loves jumping from word to word! Great tool to make learning to read fun.
Great
I have these at the entrance to my classroom. Kids can take breaks to jump on them and practice site words. They have grips on the bottom so they don’t slip.
Awesome!
These are not only great for sight words, but you can make your own cards and use motor skills to build a short sentence w/these to hop on.

Whenever I'm planning on doing small group reading activities, but recognize that the students are energetic and not in the mood to sit still, I use these to create fun, active sight word games. The students absolutely love getting to do the 'hopping reading game' and are hysterical to watch as they try to hop over words they're not sure of.

Perfect for different learnig levels
We put different levels in colors such as sight words, CVC words and phonic letter. This way we have child jump on color that has word or letter based on their learning level and can be mixed group.

Perfect for active engagement!
My students absolutely loved this activity. I had to up the rigor for my high readers by having them hop on different parts of speech and even hopping through in sentence order. This was very fun to watch! I just wish I had more of the pockets or could buy extras:)

So much fun
My 4.5 year old loves this game. We break up workbooks and take a break with this game and she hops to a word I call out or we play twister style which is her favorite. With younger friends we called out the color. She likes to call out words for me too which is great because she is still reading and doesn't realize it.

Perfect for active learners
My son loves learning to read, but sitting still doesn't happen long enough to complete a short book. These are engaging his gross motor skills and sight work recognition while we are having fun learning. Highly recommended and a resource that's not just one-activity. We've already found many uses for these besides just sight words.
Sight word steps
