I think every classroom should have a set of these to promote body breaks for kids who need them and different types of moving for all learners. Our kids LOVE them!

Perhaps, my memory has given these mats attributes they never actually had, but my former church got these several years ago and I remember them having an obviously textured surface. I just got a set and they are quite slick compared to what I remember. I’m using them on a wood floor and they’ve been slippery enough I’ve had a couple kids fall. If I lived by a store I’d seriously consider returning these, but I don’t and so I’m keeping them. On the plus side the kids do really like them and the variety and different ways you can use them are a plus also. Maybe try to see what they are like currently in person and then decide for yourself.

I love these activity mats especially on the days we can't go outside to play. It gets them moving and they get excited to go to the next mat. Many games can be played with these mats. Highly recommend!

Kids use these multiple ways. Sometimes they follow the directions on the tiles, sometimes they create their own games or use them to make a path for jumping. Either way they get a lot of use and they are nice and heavy duty and don't slip. Box set is surprisingly heavy, a workout in itself. :)

Fun way to have preschoolers engage in gross motor activities. Mats are very heavy duty and can be cleaned easily.

Over the winter months, our preschool has ‘recess’ in a large room. These mats have given us such a great resource to pull out of our hat! The set comes with so many, we only use part of it, which will leave us fresh options to change out. We toss them down in a large circle, and ring a bell to rotate spots. For these little ones, it’s great coordination building too.

I have used these for years. They keep the kids moving, so nobody is left standing on the sidelines waiting for a turn. It gives a variety of activity as well, and allows students to participate at their level of ability and pace. They're part of a group but also concentrate on their particular individual movement. These are sturdy, too.

Our kiddos, ages 3 and 5, are having a blast with these activity mats. And I am delighted with the quality; they will surely last a long time

The preschool class loves this mats. The teachers use them for standing in place movement. One of the favorite activities is when the teachers spread them all over the room, play music and when the music stops, the kids do the activity on the mat they landed on! Well worth a purchase.
