I purchased the sand and water table and top from Lakeshore because I am accustomed to the great quality of the plastic used in Lakeshore products. This table and top are made of flimsy plastic. The top flexes and bows with the slightest pressure applied to the top. It also is NOT a tight fit. In the photos online it looks shiny and like it's thick, durable plastic similar to the colored supply bins. Instead it is dull, thin, and flimsy.

the lid fits snug on the tubs, but is easy to take off. It is great for keeping little hands out until it is ready to be used.

I was excited to receive the sensory table. It's a definite step up from our previous one in our preschool. I have used tables like this in the past which is why I picked it. Nice and deep, easy to clean and adjustable height. I am a little concerned that the plastic does not seem as thick as tables in the past. I expect this to last for years. Here's hoping!

The top for the sand and water table it works as expected. Light enough and cover perfectly. I have this table outdoors the top is necessary to keep the sand dry and clean.

Its so nice to put the cover on at the end of the day!!!

I think this product is overpriced, and it should be included with the Economy Sand and Water Table. Thanks!
