You don't have to have this for your paint cups but I have had one year without and one year with the carrier and I won't go back. It keeps them all together and organized.

This carrier is such a great way to store paint cups. I love my Lakeshore paint cups and brushes and this carrier will now keep it all organized! The only thing I wish it had was a separate nook for the brushes. I have to store my brushes in a separate container and that is fine, but I do wish that the carrier had a slot for the brushes. Still, it is a great little caddy and I am glad I purchased it!

This carrier really helps make the painting experience portable! My grandsons are going to love this for indoor or outdoor, upstairs or downstairs painting of their masterpieces.
