The on/off buttons on the headphones break easily, and then the headphones are unusable. I have had to replace several headphones due to this problem. I have asked for a way to fix the button, but there is not a fix. If they would fix this problem, the listening center would be great.

The headphones did not work. I have used these headphones in the past without any problems. I would give their customer service a five star rating for taking care of the problem quickly and sending me another pair. If the second pair work I will change my rating to 5 stars.
