For purposes of these terms & conditions, "Lakeshore" means Lakeshore Equipment Company dba Lakeshore Learning Materials and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and sublicenses. |

The Lakeshore E-Gift Card can only be purchased online at www.lakeshorelearning.com. |

Sales tax will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items. |

Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered e-gift card will require an additional payment for the balance due. |

The e-gift card number and the authorization number will be delivered via e-mail. To ensure delivery, please add lakeshore@lakeshorelearning.com to your address book. |

E-gift card orders are subject to processing and review. Please allow 1-2 business days for an e-gift card e-mail delivery. |

Lakeshore E-Gift Cards are non-transferrable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. |

E-gift cards cannot be used toward the purchase of another gift card or e-gift card. |

Lakeshore is not responsible for lost, stolen or duplicated e-gift cards or authorization numbers. |

E-gift cards are deemed purchased and issued in the state of California. |

To redeem e-gift cards online, you will need both the e-gift card and authorization number. If your e-gift card does not have a number or an authorization number, please call Customer Service at (800) 428-4414, Mon.-Fri., 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., PST. |

Lakeshore and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the e-gift cards, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event an e-gift card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and Lakeshore's sole liability, shall be the replacement of such e-gift card. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply. |
