•	Lakeshore Gift Cards have no expiration date.
•	Sales tax will not be applied to the purchase of Gift Cards. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items.
•	Your Gift Card will be shipped free of charge via Priority Mail. Click here for details.
•	You can add value to your Gift Card at any time at any of our store locations or by calling Customer Service at (800) 428-4414, Mon.-Fri., 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., PST.
•	Lakeshore is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.
•	Lakeshore Gift Cards are non-transferrable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
•	Gift Cards cannot be used toward the purchase of another Gift Card.
•	To redeem Gift Cards online, you will need both the Gift Card and Authorization numbers. If your Gift Card does not have an Authorization number, please call Customer Service at (800) 428-4414, Mon.-Fri., 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., PST.

e-gift card terms & conditions

•	Lakeshore E-Gift Cards have no expiration date.
•	For purposes of these terms & conditions, "Lakeshore" means Lakeshore Equipment Company dba Lakeshore Learning Materials and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and sublicenses.
•	The Lakeshore E-Gift Card can only be purchased online at www.lakeshorelearning.com.
•	Sales tax will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards. If merchandise items are included in your order, tax will only apply to merchandise items.
•	Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered e-gift card will require an additional payment for the balance due.
•	The e-gift card number and the authorization number will be delivered via e-mail. To ensure delivery, please add lakeshore@lakeshorelearning.com to your address book.
•	E-gift card orders are subject to processing and review. Please allow 1-2 business days for an e-gift card e-mail delivery.
•	Lakeshore E-Gift Cards are non-transferrable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
•	E-gift cards cannot be used toward the purchase of another gift card or e-gift card.

•	Lakeshore and its affiliates make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the e-gift cards, including, without limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event an e-gift card code is non-functional, your sole remedy, and Lakeshore's sole liability, shall be the replacement of such e-gift card. All federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations apply.
