Hanukkah Guaranteed Delivery:
Delivery to California: Order by 12/07/09 for Standard Shipping, by 12/08/09 for 2nd Day Air or by 12/09/09 for Next Day Air.

Delivery to other contiguous states: Order by 12/03/09 for Standard Shipping, by 12/08/09 for 2nd Day Air or by 12/09/09 for Next Day Air.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico: Order by 11/12/09 for Standard Shipping or by 12/04/09 for 2nd Day Air. Sorry, Next Day Air is not available.

Christmas Guaranteed Delivery:
Delivery to California: Order by 12/20/09 for Standard Shipping, by 12/21/09 for 2nd Day Air or by 12/22/09 for Next Day Air.

Delivery to other contiguous states: Order by 12/16/09 for Standard Shipping, by 12/21/09 for 2nd Day Air or by 12/22/09 for Next Day Air.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico: Order by 11/24/09 for Standard Shipping or by 12/17/09 for 2nd Day Air. Sorry, Next Day Air is not available.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping charges are 15% of the total merchandise cost for orders delivered to addresses within the contiguous U.S., with a minimum charge of $5.00. (For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping charges are 20% of the total merchandise cost, with a $5.00 minimum. If an order shipping to Alaska or Hawaii contains a truck item, we will e-mail you with a separate quote.)

Standard shipping takes 4-6 business days to California, and 7-10 business days to all other states within the contiguous U.S. (Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses will arrive within 2-4 weeks. For military shipments, please note that arrival times indicate the time it will take for your order to reach the centralized APO/FPO address; final delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services and may take longer.)

2nd Day Air
2nd Day Air charges are 25% of the total merchandise cost for all orders, with a $14.95 minimum in the contiguous U.S. and $18.95 minimum in Alaska and Hawaii. Orders arrive in 2-3 business days. 2nd Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Gift cards will be sent separately from the rest of your order at a cost of $4.99 per shipment (whether you order 1 or 50 gift cards).

Next Day Air
Next Day Air charges are 30% of the total merchandise cost for all orders, with a $24.95 minimum. Orders arrive in 1-2 business days. Next Day Air is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Gift cards will be sent separately from the rest of your order at a cost of $9.99 per shipment (whether you order 1 or 50 gift cards).

Priority Mail
Priority Mail charges are 25% of the total merchandise cost for all orders, with a $14.95 minimum in the contiguous U.S. and $16.95 minimum in Alaska and Hawaii. Priority Mail is offered for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the contiguous U.S. Your order will arrive in 3-5 business days. (For military shipments, please note that arrival times indicate the time it will take for your order to reach the centralized APO/FPO address. Final delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services and may take longer.)

If express shipping is not available on one or more items in your order, the entire order will arrive by Standard Shipping. These items are noted with a truck icon on the product detail page.

For account customers, we will pre-pay and add shipping charges to your invoice.

CANADIAN ORDERS
If you’re shipping an order to a Canadian address, please place the order directly with Wintergreen Learning Materials, our exclusive distributor in Canada. If you have any questions or concerns, e-mail their Customer Service Department. They’ll be happy to help!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, we will e-mail you the best shipping options and freight quotes. As soon as we receive your approval, we will ship your order immediately. Delivery times will vary depending on your approved method of shipping. We require pre-payment on all international orders.
