1. Select items and add them to your cart. If you know the item number of the product you would like to purchase, you can enter it in the order by item # field and click go. 2. Begin Checkout. |

3. Provide billing information. If you are paying by credit card, please provide the billing address that your credit card company has on file. If you are paying on account, please provide the address where you would like your invoice mailed. If you register to become a member, well save your billing information for you. Then, next time you log in and place an order, your billing information will automatically appear, and you wont have to retype a thing! After you have provided billing information, select whether youd like your order sent to your billing address, a different address or multiple addresses. |

4. Provide shipping information. If you selected to ship your order to your billing address, you will not need to fill in the shipping address. If you are shipping your order to a different address, just enter the required shipping information in the appropriate fields. Or, if youre a registered member, you can select an address from your address book. If you are shipping items to U.S. destinations only, you can have them sent to multiple locations. Select a shipping address or enter a new address for each item. Your order will be divided into separate shipments. Once youve selected a destination for each item in your order, click continue checkout to proceed. |

5. Select a delivery method. Standard Shipping: Your order will arrive within 7-10 business days. (Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses will arrive within 2-4 weeks. For military shipments, please note that arrival times indicate the time it will take for your order to reach the centralized APO/FPO address. Final delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services and may take longer.) 2nd Day Air: Your order will arrive in 2-3 business days. 2nd Day Air charges are 25% of the total merchandise cost for all orders, with a $14.95 minimum. Next Day Air: You can expect your order in 1-2 business days. (Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes.) Next Day Air charges are 30% of the total merchandise cost for all orders, with a $16.95 minimum. Priority Mail: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses have the option of Priority Mail. Your order will arrive in 3-5 business days. (For military shipments, please note that arrival times indicate the time it will take for your order to reach the centralized APO/FPO address. Final delivery is subject to the terms and conditions of APO/FPO services and may take longer.) Priority Mail charges are 25% of the total merchandise cost for all orders, with a $14.95 minimum. If your order contains an item that cannot be express-shipped, the entire order will ship by Standard Shipping. These items are noted with an icon on the product detail page. For account customers, we will pre-pay and add shipping charges to your invoice. |

6. Review your order and select your payment method. The order total will display the subtotal, sales tax, and shipping charges for your order. If your order is shipping to an international destination, this final screen will not reflect any shipping or tax amounts; we will e-mail shipping quotes and charges within 1 business day. Law requires that we charge sales tax in all states where applicable. Please note that some states charge tax on shipping costs in addition to the purchase total. No sales tax is required for orders delivered to addresses in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon. If your order is shipping to an international destination, the order summary page will not reflect any tax amounts. You can pay for your order by selecting one of the following options. Lakeshore Gift Card: To use a Lakeshore Gift Card online, enter your gift card and authorization numbers. If your card does not have an authorization number, please call Customer Service at (800) 428-4414, Monday-Friday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., PST. Credit Card: We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. On Account: Select this payment method if you have an existing account with Lakeshore, or if you are a domestic school or institution interested in opening an account. If you are interested, you can fill out our online credit application or download one in PDF format. To view and print the PDF document, youll need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free. You can enter additional comments before you submit your order. Use this section to add any additional information regarding your order. For instance, if you have special shipping needs or you need the invoice addressed to a specific individual at your school or institution, enter that information in the Comments box, and well handle it! Once youve verified that your information is correct, click on place order. Your order will be submitted to Lakeshore, and your order number will be displayed. An order confirmationwith complete billing and shipping information and a comprehensive list of your purchaseswill arrive shortly via e-mail. You will also receive a confirmation when your order has shipped! |
