Suncatcher

Welcome the warm summer days with a vibrant suncatcher kids make themselves!
This activity is appropriate for:
preschool - 2nd grade / 3 - 7 years
You will need:
Directions
- Trace and cut out the template shape onto 2 sheets of contact paper.
- Peel the backing off of one of the sheets of contact paper.
- Tear pieces of tissue paper and stick them to the tacky side of the contact paper, creating a design. Encourage children to add Easy-Stick Glitter Shapes.
- Peel the backing off of the second sheet of contact paper and stick the tacky side to the tacky side of the first sheet of contact paper.
- Trace and cut out the template shape onto 2 pieces of construction paper, and cut out the centers.
- Place the decorated contact paper between the 2 pieces of construction paper and secure with craft tape.
- Prompt kids to decorate the outer border of the suncatcher with Easy-Stick Glitter Shapes.
- Attach yarn at the top to display the suncatcher with Easy-Stick Glitter Shapes.
