Students show appreciation for Dad with this unique Father’s Day card!

This activity is appropriate for:
preschool - 3rd grade / 4 - 8 years

You will need:

Directions

Follow these illustrated instructions to prepare each card using a 12" x 18" sheet of white construction paper.
Reproduce the tie template onto assorted colors of construction paper. Encourage students to choose any color they like.
Provide students with scissors, glue and crayons or markers. Prompt them to cut out the tie and decorate it as desired. (Younger students may need help cutting out the tie.)
Have students glue the tie onto the front of the card beneath the folded collar.
Instruct them to cut out and glue the printable Father’s Day Poem to the inside of the card. Encourage them to sign their name and take their completed card home to Dad!
