This activity is appropriate for:
kindergarten - 5th grade / 5 - 10 years

You will need:

Seashells
Collage Frames - Set of 15
Help-Yourself Glue Tubes or hot glue gun (for adult use only)

Directions

Provide each student with a collage frame and a variety of seashells. (If you live near a beach, you can encourage students to bring in shells of their own if they desire.)
Instruct students to glue the seashells—one at a time—onto their picture frames. (For a more secure hold, you may want to add hot glue to shells that need reinforcement.)
Allow the frames to dry overnight. Then invite students to take their picture frames home to showcase snapshots of their favorite activities!
