Celebrate Mother’s Day by making a special card for your mom!

This activity is appropriate for:
1st grade & up / 6 years & up

You will need:

Construction Paper - 9" x 12"
Lakeshore Jumbo Glue Sticks
Markers, colored pencils or Lakeshore Standard Crayon Packs

Miscellaneous art supplies/collage materials:

Directions

Fold one sheet of construction paper in half to make the Mother’s Day card.
Write your Mother’s Day message on the front of the card with markers, colored pencils or crayons.
Decorate the card with art materials, such as glitter shapes, glitter painters, pom-poms, gemstones, wiggly eyes, crinkle strips or colored feathers. Allow any glue to dry.
Write a message inside the card. Give the card to your mom or grandma, and wish her a happy Mother’s Day!
