Help children celebrate National Spring Flower Month by making fun and festive spring collages!
This activity is appropriate for:
preschool - kindergarten / 3 - 5 years
You will need:
Directions
- Fill several painting bowls with a variety of washable liquid tempera paints.
- Invite children to paint colorful spring pictures onto their posterboards. Encourage them to use the regular paintbrushes to make flower stems and the textured brushes to make the flower prints.
- Finally, to make their collages shimmer and shine, have children glue Easy-Stick Glitter Shapes to their pictures.
