Create a decorative classroom quilt kids will love to display!
This activity is appropriate for:
preschool - 3rd grade / 3 - 8 years
You will need:
Directions
- Using the collage materials from the project kit, encourage children to decorate a people shape in their likeness.
- Glue each child’s creation onto a sheet of construction paper, creating quilt squares.
- Write each child’s name on his/her quilt square.
- Punch holes into the corners of the quilt squares, and tie the squares together with yarn.
- Now, you’re ready to display your classroom quilt!
