Directions

1. Cut colored felt to make a tic-tac-toe grid.
2. Cut 5 each of 2 different winter shapes out of construction paper (laminate for durability) to be used as game markers.
   
3. Kids are ready to play a delightful winter version of tic-tac-toe!
