Kids get creative as they and add their own special touches to Thanksgiving…with one-of-a-kind turkey handprints!

This activity is appropriate for:
preschool-kindergarten / 3-5 years

You will need:
• Washable Fingerpaint
• Washable Tempera Glitter Paint
• Lakeshore Heavy-Duty Brushes
• Construction Paper - 9" x 12" - White
• Best-Buy Broad-Tip Markers
• Safety Scissors
• Best-Buy School Glue

Directions:
1.	Paint the palm and thumb of a child’s hand with brown paint.
2.	Paint the fingers with a variety of colorful glitter paint.
3.	Help the child press his or her hand onto white construction paper, creating an outline of a turkey.
4.	Use markers to add feet, eyes and a beak.
5.	Repeat the process a few times.
6.	Assist children in cutting out leaves from coloful construction paper for a festive finishing touch!
