Get back to nature…with colorful butterflies kids decorate themselves!
This activity is appropriate for:
preschool - kindergarten / 3 - 5 years
You will need:
Directions
- Invite children to decorate sheets of white tissue paper with Dot Art Painters.
- Gather the sheets of tissue paper at the center, and wrap a pipe stem around the tissue paper. Shape the end of the pipe stem into antennae.
- Help children glue the butterfly onto a jumbo colored craft stick.
- Glue colorful pom-poms along the top of the craft stick.
- Add wiggly eyes to bring the butterfly to life!
