Get back to nature…with colorful butterflies kids decorate themselves!

This activity is appropriate for:
preschool-kindergarten / 3-5 years

You will need:
• Art Tissue Paper
• Pipe Stems
• Dot Art Painters
• Pom-Poms
• Best-Buy School Glue
• Colored Craft Sticks
• Wiggly Eyes

Directions:
1.	Invite children to decorate sheets of white tissue paper with Dot Art Painters.
2.	Gather the sheets of tissue paper at the center, and wrap a pipe stem around the tissue paper. Shape the end of the pipe stem into antennae.
3.	Help children glue the butterfly onto a jumbo colored craft stick.
4.	Glue colorful pom-poms along the top of the craft stick.
5.	Add wiggly eyes to bring the butterfly to life!
